The Dyness Stack100 Battery Management BDU & Base is the central control hub for the Stack100 battery system. Critical for safe, efficient operation, this Communication Module delivers intelligent protection, thermal management, and real‑time connectivity—ideal for home, business, or large‑scale energy storage applications.
Comprehensive fault detection and protection (over‑voltage, under‑voltage, over‑current, short circuit).
Thermal management ensures reliable function across a wide temperature range, safeguarding both the BDU and connected battery modules.
Supports up to 15 modules per tower for modular expansion.
Allows up to 12 towers in parallel, delivering aggregate capacity of over 920 kWh.
One BDU (plus base) required per tower — enables large‑scale systems without sacrificing per‑tower control.
Built‑in WiFi connectivity for remote system monitoring.
Supports OTA (Over‑The‑Air) firmware updates—ensuring the system remains up to date without needing physical access.
