Givenergy Battery
I installed this item for a customer, it was the first time using GivEnergy products and found it easy to install (it is very heavy though!). I purchased the battery with an AC coupled inverter at a good price. My customer is really happy with the finished installation. Jonathan was extremely through the sales process...thank you!

ITS are pretty good and do their best as a distributor, but the shambles that is the Givenergy supply chain, is very inefficient and makes them look bad. I received the battery fine in August, but still cannot commission it as the power and comms cable that has been on order for many months, still has not been delivered. I am still waiting as of 17th October!

Can't fault this battery, excellent specs, warranty, customer portal. One thing to notice is it doesn't come ready to be installed, as it's missing a DC cable. Been waiting for it nearly 3 weeks due to supply issues, wished they just bundled the cable with the battery and call it a day. No need to waste another delivery fee and weeks of waiting.
