This multipole surge arrester comes with an integrated three-step DC switching device.
The 3 DIN module rail mounted type 2 surge device is for the protection of 1000V DC inputs of invertors.
The product has the patented SCI function necessary for safe electrical isolation and preventing fire due to DC arcs.
It should be used near to the invertor inputs or in combiner boxes. It can be used when the separation distance from a fitted LPS is met or most domestic and commercial installations(apart from metal roofs).
