I’ve had my two 8.2 kWh and two inverters now for about 18 months and they have performed impeccably. They will pay for themselves in the next two or three years and they give me a sense of security should the grid go down for a short time as we’ve had them so they can be used in blackout conditions. An acquaintance asked to see them asked a million questions and then bought some cheaper, different make and larger still batteries and in the past twelve months they have never worked. Despite engineers coming over from China to sort out the issue and a change of hardware he’s just accepted a full refund. He should have bought the Givenergy ones in the first place. Well done ITS and Givenergy!
