I decided with Winter coming on to add a Pylontech US 5000 battery to my existing 9.6Kwh set. As these were in a floor mounted configuration in my garage I decided to buy a Pylontech cabinet and move the 4 2.4Kwh batteries into it. A date was arranged to install the new battery (I was advised that to get the battery free of VAT it needed to be installed by them to guarantee warranty on the battery). The installation went very smoothly and the new battery was set up as the new master for the group. I would thoroughly recommend ITS for their knowledge and efficiency. I.T.S Technologies provided a brilliant service. I ordered the battery on line, spoke to Ben to confirm on the delivery address. The battery arrived on time and I installed it the next day for the customer. I am a very happy installer. The customer was also very happy.
