Great service

I bought the battery at what I think was a fair price. I chose to collect it rather than pay the £80 delivery charge and when I went to pick it up it was ready for me. The whole process was very easy.

Impressed

Good price. Straightforward ordering and delivery. Even a phone call to check all went well. The battery was easily fitted alongside existing Sunsynk equipment

Purchase of SUN-BATT-5.32

Battery purchased from I.T.S. Technologies in early March 2024. Price was good and delivered within 2 days. Already had SunSynk inverter with two 5.32 batteries, this purchase was to add a third. Technical support communication from ITS regarding compatibility and installation was excellent. Very pleased with purchase and would have given 5 stars but due to positioning of wall hung batteries I required longer dc cables which ITS were unable to supply.
