Do you have a flat roof that will reduce the efficiency of the solar panels?
We have the solution to this common problem. Our new innovative product will raise the panels from 0 degrees to 15-30 degrees using two extendable aluminium "legs" and a set of support clamping mechanisms in the front.
The mounting kit is suitable for all types of solar panels from 100W to 550W.
Our adjustable inclination angle was designed with the intention of supporting solar projects that have:
flat roofs
concrete roofs
corrugated sandwich-type roofs
metal roofs
fibre cement
narrow canal boats and recreational vehicles.
The performance of the panel will drop by 30-40% if installed completely flat without inclination towards to southern hemisphere. At 15 and 30 degrees, the energy production will reach the actual power rating of the solar panel as it is stated by the manufacturer.
For larger PV arrays, we recommend you add 1200mm rails with joiners and compatible middle & end clamps.

Based on your actual coordination it is possible to change the angle of your panels 3-4 times every year to capture the sun at the right angle. This simple adjustable will yield an additional 20% of more energy. HOW TO MOUNT THE TRIANGLESA foundation is not required to install the triangles on the ground. Solid concrete blocks are adequate to support the aluminum frames. Strong wall plugs and screws are required to secure the aluminium frames on the concrete blocs. COMPATIBLE SIZE OF SOLAR PANELSThe structure works for all panels from very small 200W to the largest 600W panels with a height over 2.2meters.
